Exchange / Buyback Policy

If any of our customers wish to buy back/exchange the product purchased from us can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting our store. Please contact our store to know more about the in-store exchange policy:

• If the customer wishes to Exchange the product within 15 days of purchase, it will be valued 100% of the invoice value.
• If the customer wishes to Exchange the product after 15 days of purchase, The value will be considered as the benchmark rate at the time of exchange.
• If the customer wishes to Buyback the product, The value will be considered as the benchmark rate at the time of exchange. And the customer should visit the store for valuation.
• Exchange of Smart Buy (Make to order) orders, Gold Coins, Customised Jewellery orders, and personalized jewellery orders are not allowed.
• Exchange of products ordered with specific indications Smart Buy (Make to order) orders, Gold Coins, engraving, Customised Jewellery orders, personalized jewellery orders, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon are not allowed.
